Real pay only
PayDocs is for laying out pay that was really paid, by someone with permission to prepare the record.
PayDocs turns figures from your payroll into a clear pay stub or payslip. Here is exactly what it does, what it won’t do, and how your figures and documents are protected.
PayDocs is for laying out pay that was really paid, by someone with permission to prepare the record.
A PayDocs document never claims to be official, verified or proof of income. The finished PDF says how it was prepared.
PayDocs doesn't estimate tax. Anything it can't do from reviewed, official rules stays switched off.
Before a purchase you confirm the figures come from real payroll you have permission to prepare.
While you work, what you type stays on your device. Nothing is stored unless you save a draft to your own workspace.
Saved drafts and documents belong to your workspace. Database rules let only its members read them, and every request is checked again on the server.
Issued PDFs sit in private storage, not on a public link. A download is handed only to a signed-in member of the workspace that bought it, and is refused after a refund.
Each finished PDF gets a fingerprint when it's issued. Every later download is checked against it, so the file can't change quietly.
Page analytics are cookieless and ignore the workspace, sign-in and checkout. Web addresses are cut down to campaign tags before anything is sent.
Signing in, saving, ordering and downloading are rate-limited, so repeated automated attempts are cut off.
When checkout opens, you’ll pay on the payment provider’s secure checkout page. PayDocs never sees your card number.
A download unlocks only when the provider’s signed confirmation reaches PayDocs and checks out. Landing on a “thank you” page proves nothing, and a confirmation that arrives twice is counted once.
Prices are on the pricing page. The refund policy will be published there before checkout opens.
Each tax and deduction comes from your own payroll. PayDocs adds up gross pay, deductions, net pay and year to date, and nothing else.
US federal, state and local calculations, and UK PAYE, National Insurance and pension calculations, stay switched off until their rules are taken from official sources and reviewed by a person. Choosing a template or a country never switches them on.
PayDocs isn’t open for purchases or accounts yet. These come first, and this page will link to each one.
No. PayDocs lays out figures you provide. It doesn't verify employment, certify income, or promise that anyone will accept the document, and it never presents a document as government-issued.
PayDocs isn't a proof-of-income service. The finished PDF states that it was prepared with PayDocs from manually entered payroll values and that PayDocs didn't calculate the tax. Whoever receives it decides what they accept.
Only members of your workspace. Database rules enforce this, and the server checks access again on every request.
No. When checkout opens, you'll pay on the payment provider's secure checkout page. PayDocs receives a signed confirmation that you paid, not your card details.
