Who we are
PayDocs is a small, independent product built for employers who run their own payroll. You can reach the team at support@paydocs.co; a person reads every message.
What it's for
Small employers, household employers and owners who run payroll themselves often need to hand someone a proper pay stub or payslip without paying for a payroll subscription. PayDocs does that one job: you enter the figures from your payroll, check a free preview, and download a finished PDF.
The rules we follow
- Tax calculations come only from official government publications — the IRS, the Social Security Administration, HMRC and state tax agencies — and each result names the rules it used.
- We never present a document as government-issued, verified or proof of income.
- Prices are shown before you pay, with no add-ons.
